In October 2011, local Estate Agents Andrew & Rory Procter joined Hunters Estate Agent as partners and they are firmly established as one of the top three agents in Skipton, Craven and the surrounding Dales. Hunters Procter & Co have a team of six staff covering both Sales and Lettings who have all helped to achieve The British Property Awards Best Letting Agent in Skipton in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2022, in addition to The Best Sales Agent in 2019, 2021, and 2022.
