Arthur E Walker & Co is an accountancy practice which acts for small and medium-sized businesses. As well as preparing accounts and completing tax returns, the practice also does VAT returns and provides payroll services.

The firm was originally established in 1982 by Arthur Walker. Over the years the practice expanded and moved to larger premises in Water Street where it is situated today. Arthur’s son, Andrew, joined the office after completing his training with a big four national accountancy firm.

After Arthur’s retirement, Andrew became the sole proprietor of the business. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant and has close contact with most of the clients.

The practice provides a personal and efficient service to its clients many of whom have been with the firm for decades. Andrew acts for a wide range of businesses, including builders, farmers, plumbers, electricians, retailers etc.

The practice is open for business and welcomes enquiries from prospective clients.
