Boost! Tourism Marketing
North Yorkshire tourism and hospitality businesses can benefit free from a programme of practical marketing support called ‘Boost’. The programme is a collaboration between The Tourism Network (Susan Briggs), the York and North Yorkshire Growth Hub, and North Yorkshire Council. It is funded by North Yorkshire Council, as part of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
It will cover:
- What makes Skipton distinctive and special? How can we attract visitors, year-round?
- What kind of promotional activity can work best for your business?
- How can we all reach the ‘right’ visitors at the right time in the right way, with the right messages?
- I’ll give you some ideas for a step-by-step marketing process that you can use again and again.
This session is run by Susan Briggs who has over 30 years’ tourism marketing experience. It’s in collaboration with Skipton BID
This event is designed for businesses such as accommodation, visitor attractions, activity providers, and creative, retail, food and drink businesses. It’s not intended for suppliers to the industry such as consultants and designers.
Please remember to bring a pen and paper to take notes!
