Herriots Hotel are looking for a Breakfast Cook to work a mix of 5 mornings across the following shifts:

Mon-Friday 7.00am -10.30am, Sat & Sunday 7.30am – 11.00am

Extra hours may be available to assist the function team, prepping food, plating starters and desserts etc.

You will have:

The position would be great for a retired bakery or catering assistant who is looking to work part time and love early mornings

Positive friendly attitude and someone who makes our guests smile

You will be responsible for food safety, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen

Experience in a catering environment, such as school, café, bakery etc

Responsibilities include:

As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for ensuring that breakfast is prepared and presented to a high quality

Ensure that you and your team deliver excellent quality products cooked to an exceptional standard to enhance the guest experience leaving lasting rememberable impression

Ensure all food preparation meets standards

To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation

Prepare and present high-quality food

Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues
