Elsworth at the Mill are looking for a dynamic, hard-working and personable individual to join as they continue to grow and develop their events calendar.
They are looking to recruit a highly motivated Marketing, Events and Social Media team member on a part-time to full time basis (20-30 hours). This would suit someone who is creative and enthusiastic about social media content creation, and has fantastic customer service skills. Experience with social media including Instagram and Facebook is essential, TikTok and Youtube experience is preferred. They are looking for someone who is passionate about content creation, has great written communication skills and attention to detail.
In this varied and interesting role, you will be responsible for day to day marketing activities and ensure the smooth operation of marketing processes. The main responsibilities for this role will be: Creating and publishing engaging social media content for all Elsworth at the Mill events and ‘The Dales Chef’ channels, writing press releases, doing both online and offline marketing campaigns using website software to monitor web analytics, scheduling social media content, doing the email newsletter and blog posts, helping with our events (hospitality experience is preferred), using Canva to create content including posters, reels, social media posts, using WordPress to update events and look at analytics, communicating with customers online and in person.

Experience of dealing with hospitality brands within a fast-paced environment.
Ability to write good content and proof-read.
Knowledge and awareness of SEO and utilising keywords in copy.
An understanding of WordPress for website updates.
Understanding of meta titles, keywords, and meta descriptions.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and demonstrate attention to detail.
Ability to be adaptable.
Willingness to get involved in all areas of the business.
Enjoy working in a busy, fun and changing industry as part of a great team.
Hours:
Hours are largely 9.30am – 5pm, some weekends, evenings and earlier mornings will be required depending on events, hours and days off can be flexible, closed for 10 days over Christmas and a week in the summer holidays. 20-30 hours per week.
Pay is negotiable dependent on experience.
Start date: March 2025.
