Harrison Boothman Estate Agents Skipton are currently seeking an office based Sales Administrator/Negotiator to join their Residential Sales team.

Hours are negotiable with the immediate potential for either a part time or full time role to suit the right candidate, however the ability to work Saturday mornings is an essential requirement. Previous sales or customer service experience would be beneficial, however full training will be provided.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our well respected team of colleagues providing a high level of client care and support within a fast-paced, professional sales environment. The role would suit someone with a keen interest in the property market and the ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the local area whilst ideally possessing a good degree of local knowledge.

Duties will include a range of office/reception based sales agency tasks, playing an extremely valuable role throughout the client journey from initial enquiry to completion of the transaction. Including; assisting with online and in-branch marketing material and media, client registration and applicant matching via our unique electronic database, coordinating viewings and market appraisals, obtaining and reporting feedback, submission and verification of offers, general sales negotiation and also offering a high level of ongoing transactional progression and support and on behalf of the client requiring a good level of communication and interaction with other fellow professionals such as Conveyancing Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Brokers and other Estate Agents. An approachable, enthusiastic manner with a high level of patience and determination is therefore essential.

Salary negotiable depending on experience (meets National Living Wage).

This is intended to be a permanent role following an initial probationary period.
Days and hours may be negotiable to suit the candidate but normal office working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm (7.5 hours per day plus 1 hour lunch break) and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
A full time or part time position would be considered.
Four weeks (pro rata) holiday entitlement per annum plus bank holidays.
