At Rural Solutions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of experienced property professionals, business consultants, planners, project managers, architects, and landscape architects – all of whom specialise in rural development.

Our planning team is expanding, and we are looking to recruit an experienced chartered planning professional or experienced planner.

Delivering a portfolio of client projects across rural land and property.

The role requires experience of business development and working as a planner.

Nationwide – hybrid or office based in Skipton, North Yorkshire.

Salary based on experience.

We are looking for a candidate who is commercially aware with a proven track record in business development and over five years’ post qualification experience working as a planner.

The successful candidate will be resourceful, flexible, and ambitious and be able to demonstrate the following experience:

Flexible, nationwide. Our head office is in Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales but as a flexible employer we will consider applications from anywhere in the UK on a hybrid basis with an expectation of some working days each month being spent in Skipton. We are set up to work collaboratively as a dispersed team.
